This is a natural product. Consequently, colour, consistency and flavour may vary from the image and from jar to jar.

It is normal for this natural honey to granulate over time. It is not going off. It just needs to be lightly warmed (e.g. sat on a cloth on a warm radiator) until it re-liquifies.
