Too hard to be a lip balm. Can’t be applied to lips unfortunately, doesn’t melt even slightly with body heat

I originally gave this lip balm a bad review, but actually it’s really good, it seemed too hard to use at first but it seems to have softened and it’s really good. I made the mistake of comparing it to the chemical lip balms you can buy in the supermarket which are greasy when you put them on. This product is lovely and pure.
