Try our award-winning “Bee Experience”. This 90-minute immersion into the fascinating world of the honeybees is unusual, educational and memorable.
Led by our Head Beekeeper, you will get up close and personal with our beautiful bees. In our purpose built training apiary you will open a hive or two, see how bees live and work and watch them making honey. You may even see babies emerging and, hopefully, spot the queen laying eggs.
Our “Bee Experience” also makes an unusual and thoughtful gift.
You can help by contributing to the upkeep of our bees. Every little helps. A simple £5 adoption will help us to develop and support our growing population of sustainable, British bees. Adopting a bee makes a wonderful gift for Christmas, birthdays, weddings or other special occasion.
You will get an adoption certificate.
You can help by contributing to the upkeep of our hives. These are located in apiaries around Lancashire, the North West and North Wales. Adopting a hive makes a wonderful gift for Christmas, birthdays, weddings or other special occasion.
You will get an adoption certificate and will be able to track the progress of your hive with regular updates throughout the year.
