Cancellations and Refunds
We try, where possible, to accommodate our customers’ changing needs. Our general return and refund policy is outlined below. This helps us to ensure course bookings run smoothly, places are not wasted and our customers have the best access to our courses. However, we understand that not everything can be planned for. If you find yourself in a difficult situation, please feel free to contact us and we will try to work with you to find a solution.
- Bookings can be cancelled up to 60 days before the event for a full refund*.
- Bookings can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event for a 50% refund*
- Cancellations within 30 days of the course date cannot be refunded.
- Failure to turn up on the day is treated as a cancellation
Refunds are provided minus a 3.5% fee which covers the cost made to us by our financial handling supplier.
